Eco-Paper Fruit Tray

Material and sustainability

The main material is molded pulp which originates from 100% recycled paper. Hence, it is also Circular by Nature because the molded pulp is also recyclable, compostable and biodegradable as paper.

Its stiffness together with its flexible design allows the stackability of trays, saving space, warehousing and transportation costs, as well as reducing the emission from unnecessary transportation trips accordingly.

Other advantages

  • Mold paper is moisture absorbent, minimizing the mildew that arises naturally from vapor in airless and wet storage, assuring the best quality for your fruits for longer.
  • gives customers the eco-friendly packaging they want, making your brand sparkle among other rivals within supermarket chains.

The use of  Wet Pressing Technology combines water with the kraft off-cuts from corrugated cardboard factories and/or recycled newspapers to make the molded pulp. Then heating gives the tray strength and rigidity. Hence, Eco-Paper Fruit Tray is as sturdy as the plastic foamy alternatives but more sustainable.
