Lara BOTTA trug ihre umfassenden Erfahrungen und Erkenntnisse zu einer anregenden Podiumsdiskussion bei, die sich auf Eingliederungsma\u00dfnahmen konzentrierte, die darauf abzielen, die Kluft zwischen den Geschlechtern zu verringern und neue Formen der Wertsch\u00f6pfung in Unternehmen zu f\u00f6rdern. Lara betonte: „Der Markt besteht aus M\u00e4nnern und Frauen. In die Gleichstellung der Geschlechter zu investieren, ist nicht nur ethisch richtig, sondern auch wirtschaftlich sinnvoll.
