Das National Consortium for Recovery and Recycling of Cellulose Packaging (CONAI<\/a>) ist eine private gemeinn\u00fctzige Organisation.<\/p>

Es ist mit \u00fcber 1,4 Millionen Abonnenten das gr\u00f6\u00dfte Konsortium Europas und besteht aus allen Herstellern und Nutzern von Verpackungen, um ein integriertes Managementsystem auf der Grundlage der Verwertung und des Recyclings von Verpackungsabf\u00e4llen einzuf\u00fchren.<\/p>

Das CONAI-System integriert sich in die angeschlossenen Hersteller und Importeure von Verpackungen oder Rohstoffen, die f\u00fcr die Herstellung von Verpackungen verwendet werden. Ihr Gesch\u00e4ftsmodell basiert auf dem Prinzip der \u201cgeteilten Verantwortung\u201d, das die Einbeziehung aller Beteiligten der Abfallwirtschaft erfordert: Unternehmen, staatliche Verwaltung, Territorium und B\u00fcrger.<\/p>

Ab dem 1. Januar 2018 tritt der neue Umweltbeitrag f\u00fcr Papierverpackungen in Kraft, der auf 10 \u20ac pro Tonne steigt.
